I will participate in the identification of the three types of writing tasks.
I will take notes about each of the types of writing tasks.
I will practice identifying the author's purpose for writing ten different tasks.

Class work: Today we’ll focus on how our purpose for writing should dictate our approach. This will culminate in a practice identifying the author's purpose for ten scenarios.
