Application window open for students to choose learning environment Beginning Friday, Sept. 11, elementary and middle school students will have an opportunity to switch from either virtual learning to face-to-face instruction or vice versa.
Masks will be required for 2020-21 school year Effective 08/12/2020, adults and students are required to wear face masks while inside a Glynn County school/facility or while riding in a Glynn County Schools’ vehicle.

Meal distribution starting Monday, August 10th at all school sites The Glynn County Schools Nutrition Department will resume drive through meal service on Monday, August 10 through Wednesday, August 19 at ALL 16 school locations.
Summer Lunch Program ends July 31 The Summer Lunch Program will end on Friday, July 31st. However, Grab-N-Go meals will be available at ALL 16 school locations, beginning Aug. 10th-19th on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Summer Lunch Program available at no cost to children Starting Monday, June 1, the Glynn County Schools Nutrition Department will offer breakfast and lunch to children ages 18 years and younger through USDA’s Seamless Summer Option (SSO) program ensuring that all children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session.
District receives guidance for safe return to in-person instruction in fall 2020 The Georgia Department of Public Education and the Georgia Department of Public Health recently released a document entitled Georgia’s Path to Recovery for K-12 Schools. This plan provides guidance, not mandates, regarding reopening school this fall.
