During each nine week period, GMS students will experience the Technology & Engineering Program (Career Tech). This program is an innovative, student-focused program in which the learners are exposed to many exciting and challenging technologies each related to modern career choices. The course offers students the opportunity to understand and use technology in order to become more productive & informed members of our society.

Engineering and Technology Education helps students prepare for and experience some of the specialized tools and skills required for today's ever-changing world . This course confronts the need for technology education and connects S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering and math) skills with hands-on challenges.  Career Technology is an introductory level program supported by C.T.A.E. (Career, Technical, & Agricultural Education)
